Grab and Chair and Get Ready to Tap Your Feet!
August 17th’s Featured Band, Station Camp
Hey friends! We’ve got a super fun event coming up that you won’t want to miss. On August 17th, Sisters Community Church is hosting a FREE community concert with the amazing local band Station Camp. SCC’s Summer Music Series is raising money for non-profits, and STARS is the featured organization of the evening and will receive the proceeds. Sisters Community Church offers the concert at no cost and hopes that instead, the audience will make a donation to the featured non-profit. Sisters Transportation and Ride Share is grateful for the opportunity to earn donations while listening to a lively evening of song.
Station Camp is a band that loves to play both original and cover tunes. They believe that great music can be enjoyed by people of all ages and backgrounds. They’ve got a great mix of classic hits and modern favorites, and they always put on an energetic and fun show.
So, grab a chair or a blanket, come on down to the front lawn (on the Highway 242 side of the building), and let’s make some music together! The church is at 1300 W McKenzie Hwy. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and the show starts at 6. There will be food available, so come hungry! Feel free to bring your friends and neighbors too. It’ll be a great way to come together and support STARS.
If you can’t make it, but you still want to donate, no worries! Just text RIDES to 53-555, and make a donation.
Hope to see you there!
